We don't see these as flaws. they’re actually the 'fingerprints' of the artist that make your piece one-of-a-kind. Rest assured, we check every single item ourselves to make sure it’s perfect before it heads your way

Shipping glass and pottery is tricky, but we’ve got it down to a science. We use double-boxing and sustainable materials to keep everything snug. In the rare case that the journey was a bit too rough and your item arrives damaged, please reach out with a photo within 24 hours. We’ll jump on it immediately to send a replacement or refund your money.

To maintain the longevity of your textiles:

• Sheets & Pillow Covers: We recommend a gentle machine wash in cold water with mild detergents.
• Carpets & Tapestries: Regular vacuuming and professional dry cleaning are recommended for deeper stains. Detailed care instructions are provided on the product tags or our website descriptions.
