Damaged Items During Shipping
Shipping glass and pottery is tricky, but we’ve got it down to a science. We use double-boxing and sustainable materials to keep everything snug.
In the rare case that the journey was a bit too rough and your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
